Massage Therapist

Harper Clinic in Orem, UT offers comprehensive services focused on emotional wellness and holistic healing. Our team of practitioners prioritizes addressing the root causes of health conditions to promote overall well-being. Services include TMS, Therapist Driven Ketamine Sessions, Clinical Talk Therapy, Psychiatric Care and Functional Medicine Testing, and a list of self care services. Our self care services like massage therapy are priced competitively to our patients.

This is a flexible part-time on-site role for a Massage Therapist at Harper Clinic in Orem, UT. The Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic massages. Our massage room has a hydraulic table with wool padding and table warmer, music speaker, blanket, salt lamp, aroma therapy (incense, sage, and palo santo), and water bottles for clients post massage. Therapists are responsible to provider and launder their own sheets.

Option A: (great for those without a clientele)

1099 employee, pay is per appointment + 100% tips on the following schedule:

30 Minute $17.50

60 minute: $35

90 Minute $52.50

This pay structure is due to most clients will come from Groupons or promotions, and gives you 90% of the service income. When your caseload fills with regular paying clientele we can offer a pay raise structure. As a practice owner, my goal is to offer massage therapy as an accessible benefit for our mental health patients as well as support you as a practitioner.

You can set your own window of hours between 9am to 8pm M-T, 9am to 5pm Fridays. Or weekends are available as well but we currently don't have a receptionist on the weekend so you would have to check in/out your own clients. I'm a super flexible employer and I'm hoping I can get you a full schedule fairly quickly.

You provide and launder your own sheets.

Option B: (great for those with a base clientele)

Room Rent $400/month. Price includes:

• -20 hrs per week of reserved time of a shared room. Must be consistent hours as we use this room for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as well.
• -Hydraulic Table, wool pads, table warmer.
• -Receptionist and Booking software.

• Therapeutic Massage experience and active license
• Experience in Stress Management
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Ability to tailor massage treatments to individual client needs
• Additional certifications in yoga, Reiki, or other holistic practices a plus
• Plan for a working interview, 20-30 minutes to showcase sheeting and flow style
