Nexio is looking for a Process Automation Developer to join our Revenue Operations and Intelligent Automation team! You will work directly with our Director of Revenue Operations and Intelligent Automation to design and build workflow automations that eliminate manual work across the company. Current projects include automating the merchant application and onboarding process—taking what used to require manual data entry across multiple systems and turning it into streamlined, automated workflows.

This is an entry‑level position ideal for a recent graduate or bootcamp completer who wants to learn fast and build real things.

• Build automations that connect business systems (Salesforce, internal tools, third‑party platforms) to eliminate manual data entry and reduce errors
• Write scripts and integrations that listen for events, extract data, transform it, and route it to the right places
• Work with teams across the company to understand their manual processes and identify automation opportunities
• Document workflows and maintain automation code so others can understand and extend your work
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations as business needs evolve

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training
• Foundational programming skills in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Basic understanding of APIs and how systems communicate with each other
• Demonstrated curiosity and self‑learning ability—you figure things out from documentation, tutorials, and experimentation rather than waiting to be taught
• Interest in understanding how business processes work, not just the technical implementation
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills
• Self‑starter, takes initiative, accountable

• Experience with Salesforce (even just as a user)
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar)
• Exposure to databases and SQL
• Personal projects or coursework involving integrations or automation
