Account Manager; Bilingual​/Spanish

Advance Insurance is seeking a energetic, smart, customer oriented, self motivated, individual to work at our booming company! As a CSR you would be servicing our customers, assisting agents, quoting policies and answering insurance questions. Computer skills, phone skills and people skills are a must! • Customer Service experience, but not necessary
• Insurance experience or Licensed highly recommended
• We are willing to train & get you licensed

• Develop a good rapport with clients and provide them with exceptional service
• Assist clients with billing questions, policy changes, and payment options
• Review policies for accuracy and contact clients to discuss their needs
• Educate clients on insurance coverages
• Working together with our sales team to provide additional needs

• Must speak Spanish
• Customer Service experience, but not necessary
• Insurance experience or Licensed highly recommended

• Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays (10am-2PM)
• Normal business hours are split into shifts, 8:50 AM-5:00 PM and 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
