Position Announcement

This is an exciting time to join UVU's Woodbury School of Business. Woodbury is a place where students don't just study business, they put it into practice. From students launching businesses through the Chelsea & Casey Baugh Entrepreneurship Institute, to the nationally recognized Financial Planning and Wealth Management program and the new Fin Tech Center, the school is creating innovative, hands-on opportunities that prepare students for where business is headed next.

The Director of Development will serve as a key philanthropic partner to the Dean, helping shape and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the school. This includes identifying the priorities and opportunities where philanthropy can have the greatest impact, building strategies to advance them, and translating Woodbury's vision into compelling opportunities for donors and partners.

At the heart of the position is relationships. The Director will work with an incredible community of donors, alumni, entrepreneurs, executives, and business and community leaders, getting to know what matters to them and connecting their interests with meaningful opportunities to support UVU students. For someone who loves both big‑picture strategy and building genuine relationships with people, this is an opportunity to help shape what comes next for the Woodbury School of Business.
