Temporary Farm worker / Greenhouse Laborer

Three (3) full‑time seasonal temporary positions available from 02/01/26 to 06/15/26 in Orem, Utah. Workers will plant produce, grow bedding plants, control weeds, harvest produce, move plants from greenhouses to carts, water and plant seedlings. Tasks require bending and lifting up to 50 lb. Wage is $17.84/hr with 40 hours/week Mon‑Fri 7:00 am‑3:30 pm.

• Transportation:
  Company provides free transportation from housing to work site. Travel between worksites is compensated. Weekly optional free transportation to town.
• Housing and amenities:
  Tools, supplies, room & board, kitchen facilities, and transportation provided at no cost to workers.

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in nursery or crop harvesting
• Must provide employment eligibility documentation (I‑9 verification) upon hire
• Must have up to two references from recent nursery/crop harvesting work
• Eligibility for employer‑provided housing and transportation benefits

• Workers’ Compensation coverage at no cost to the worker
• Free transportation to and from work site and optional travel to town (restaurants, post office, pay phone)
• Reimbursement of reasonable transportation and subsistence costs (up to $68/day) if worker completes 50% of contract
• Guaranteed employment for at least 3/4 of the total work period, beginning with first workday after arrival
