We offer a competitive pay of $18‑20 per hour (plus shift differential) to start, with a two‑year advancement track to move up from there.

• Perform basic manufacturing processes, such as handling small parts, working under a microscope, and conducting visual inspections.
• Load, unload, and operate equipment, collect test data, and handle chemicals safely and meticulously.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality on the production line.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity to manipulate small parts effectively.
• Prior production experience is helpful.
• Solid English reading and speaking skills are required.
• English speaking, reading required.
