- $20.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging lines, encapsulation machines, and conveyor belts.
- Conduct hands‑on repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions in both English and Spanish.
- Participate in on‑site practical interviews to demonstrate troubleshooting skills.
- Support continuous production by minimizing downtime and assisting with process improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to understand and follow safety instructions.
- Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging lines, encapsulation machines, or conveyor systems.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Pre‑employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
