Production Laborer- Heavy lifting

Join our team in Orem as a Production Helper, assisting with the general operation of machinery used in manufacturing fencing. This role is essential to maintaining high safety standards, supporting efficient daily manufacturing workflows, and meeting key production targets in a team-focused environment. We have both morning 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday OR 4pm to 2:30am

As a Production Helper, you will work directly with team members and supervisors to manage materials, load and unload fencing molds, operate lift carts, and complete material preparation tasks like bagging and steel prep. You will follow documented work instructions, conduct daily safety inspections, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and participate in shift handoffs and safety meetings. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds, performing repetitive movements, standing for extended periods, and operating in a noisy, variable manufacturing environment while strictly adhering to safety regulations and wearing required PPE.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods in a manufacturing setting.

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
• Strong willingness to learn machine operation and safety practices through hands-on training.
