Team Partnerships Coordinator at Just Ingredients

Hybrid position located in Orem, Utah. Full‑time and exempt, with compensation in the range of $60,000‑$70,000 based on experience.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek a detail‑oriented, highly organized Team Partnerships Coordinator to manage our sports team partnerships. The ideal candidate will develop partnership campaigns, ensure seamless internal and external collaboration, and administer contract execution.

What You’ll Do Contract Management
  • Plan, execute, and deliver all contract assets across arena and corporate marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, content, events) to create effective partnership campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and affiliates to meet marketing goals on time and within budget.
  • Monitor timelines, manage resources, and troubleshoot issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
Internal & External Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary contact for all partnership stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners, influencers, and third‑party partners.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates.
Content & Social Media
  • Work with the creative team to align content creation with partnership goals.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting and engagement.
  • Track and analyze social media campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations.
Scheduling & Administrative Tasks
  • Create and maintain project schedules, guaranteeing milestone completion.
  • Coordinate meetings and provide preparation materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including document preparation and correspondence.
  • Track meeting notes and action items to ensure timely follow‑ups.
  • Assist with scheduling and organization of team meetings and marketing events.
  • Ensure 100% accurate contract fulfillment in a timely manner.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Monitor partnership progress and update management regularly.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and suggest optimizations.
  • Create monthly and quarterly partnership reports.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Assist in managing budgets and timelines to stay within financial guidelines.
  • Allocate human and technical resources effectively for successful execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2‑3 years of experience in sports marketing and project coordination, preferably with professional sports teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to execute, pivot, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or  (plus).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and basic social media analytics.
  • Experience handling scheduling and administrative duties related to products and projects.
  • Basic knowledge of content marketing best practices.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Creative problem‑solving and high attention to detail.
