Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator with expertise in Social Media, SEO, PPC & OOH to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role will require a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing to maximize performance across all channels.

It will also require strong Traditional Marketing (OOH) experience & fresh ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing plan.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content creation, posting, and monitoring engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Utilize analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of social media campaigns, driving follower growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and optimize on-page and off-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure that website content is optimized for SEO, including metadata, internal linking, and user experience (UX).
  • Regularly monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Plan, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI, including keyword management, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and bid management.
  • Track and report on the performance of PPC campaigns, making adjustments to improve cost efficiency and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging landing pages and ad creatives that align with campaign goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports with insights, recommendations, and strategies to improve results and ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to adjust strategies based on performance trends and market dynamics.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with other teams (content, design, sales) to maintain brand cohesion in all marketing efforts.
  • Traditional Marketing Methods: Develop and integrate traditional marketing methods into campaigns as described below.
  • Billboards and Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising: Develop and manage traditional marketing campaigns, including billboards, signage, and other out-of-home advertising. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to secure optimal ad placements that align with the company’s target audience and brand objectives. Monitor the effectiveness of OOH campaigns by tracking reach, audience demographics, and engagement where applicable.
  • Print Advertising: Plan and execute print advertising campaigns, including placements in magazines, newspapers, and industry publications. Work with the design team to create visually engaging print ads that communicate key messages clearly and effectively. Research and negotiate with print media outlets to optimize advertising budgets and ensure the best ROI.
  • Direct Mail Campaigns: Oversee the creation and distribution of direct mail materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and postcards, to target specific demographics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate direct mail strategies with digital marketing efforts for a cohesive, multichannel campaign approach.
