, our PRN day shifts allow you to stay active in nursing, pick up coverage shifts as needed, and continue making a meaningful impact-all without the commitment of a fixed schedule.

• Competitive Pay:

• Flexible, On-Call Scheduling: Day shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), as coverage is needed

• Low Commitment: Required to pick up at least 1 shift per month

• No Weekend Requirement

• Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed

• Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians

• Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition

• Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary

• Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents

• Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided by the team aligns with resident care plans and personal wishes

• Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner

• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support

• Current LPN license in good standing
