Bistro Attendant – Woodbury Corporation

Position at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orem. Part‑time (15–25 hours/week) on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, 5 pm–10:30 pm/11 pm. Must be 21+ to fulfill bartending duties during late‑evening service. The role includes opening and closing tasks, food and beverage service, and basic bartending.

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking equipment doors.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Take orders, handle transactions, and prepare food, coffee and other beverages, including alcohol.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards.
• Provide assistance in Food and Beverage areas, including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, delivering food to guests and cleaning prep areas within the lobby.
• Count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, secure receipts and bank.

• Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food handling/serving experience required.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
