Shift Manager

Job Summary

Shift Manager at an independent franchisee‑owned McDonald’s restaurant. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters;
McDonald’s USA has no control over hiring, firing, or scheduling.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during the shift.
• Plan and monitor shift performance, enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next shift manager.
• Meet targets and help departments meet their goals.

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Competitive pay at $16+ per hour.
