Hourly range:
$18.22 – $51.44

• Drive overall store performance and achieve key performance indicators.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high‑performing Sales Associate team.
• Train associates on store systems, the Point of Sale, and the T‑Mobile customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and engaging visual merchandising.
• Stay current on T‑Mobile technology, products, and selling techniques, and coach associates on new offerings.
• Use tools and resources to grow internal talent through ongoing coaching, performance assessment, and career conversations.
• Minimize risk and protect store assets by driving operational efficiencies.

• One year of previous retail management experience, preferably in wireless.
• Ability to lead, coach, and deliver financial results.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High‑school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age.
• Pre‑employment background check required.
• Knowledge of T‑Mobile products, policies, and systems (preferred).
• Basic Microsoft Office and Google‑Suite skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to train others on the sales process and adapt to the Mobile Expert learning style.
• Positive and constructive feedback delivery.
• Working knowledge of store sales/operations and the Mobile Expert pay structure.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and retaining staff.
