• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, store cleanliness, and compliance with presentation standards.
• Execute and enforce company operational processes, including safety, security, loss prevention, and customer service.
• Perform daily tasks such as receiving merchandise trucks, processing merchandise, and managing stockroom organization.
• Train and coach associates on front‑end procedures, cash handling, and safety practices.
• Manage cash pull, bank deposits, and payroll administration as assigned.
• Implement loss prevention measures and maintain the Public View Monitor system.
• Support fitting room maintenance and ensure garment tags are audited.

• Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment and retail applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs with occasional heavier loads.
