Business Development Representative - Appointment Setting

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Phone Appointment Setting Specialist to join our team on a part-time, commission-only basis. As a Phone Appointment Setting Specialist, you will be responsible for generating qualified appointments with HR professionals interested in our pre-employment screening services through outbound cold calling efforts.

• Conduct outbound sales to HR professionals to introduce our pre-employment screening services.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their screening needs and pain points.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of our services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments set, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

• Experience in phone-based appointment setting or sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to talk naturally, clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals and expectations.
• Computer to enter information into the CRM software and emailing information to potential prospects.

Work at least 15 hours per week, calling anytime between 9-5 CST. Get paid weekly for each appointment set.
