As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in the business by closing sales ethically and efficiently.
Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for conducting 80+ customer interactions daily via phone and email, presenting service options, and promoting our high‑quality standards. You'll use call management software to document interactions and collaborate closely with the sales team to improve processes. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of sales experience, preferably in home services or trade‑related fields, and be comfortable adapting to evolving systems.
Experience with platforms like Service Titan, Dialpad, or Five9 is a plus. This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, fast‑paced environment where your communication skills and problem‑solving mindset are valued.
