Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals.
• Maintain member engagement.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety.

• Takes ownership of results.
• Fights hard to win.
• Adapts quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer‑service mentality.
• Team player, willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Organized and able to work independently, multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate, high‑quality work.
• Comfortable with computers/technology, quick focus shift, good phone etiquette, and proficient in math.
• Must pass background check.
• Must work 20 hours per week, including every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual – services, products, programs).
• Membership Billing.
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution).
• Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.).

Hourly position – potential annual earnings: $27,000–$54,000 USD. Variable income opportunities including commission and tenure pay.
