We re inviting you to join a Sales Team that consists of Top-Producers in an environment with Limitless earning potential! Our Sales Coaches meet with clients who are anxious to partner with Kris Krohn in real estate investing or who want to learn from him through mentorship packages. There s no cold calling, on the contrary, all leads come from sources that have already captured the attention of people waiting to hear from the Sales Team.

• A desire to make money while helping people
• Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High level of compassion and integrity
• Strong "one call/visit close" ability
• Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, and manage appointments
• Independent, self-reliant, self-motivated
• CRM experience, we use Hubspot
• Prior experience in real estate or finance is ideal
• A Coaching background is highly desirable

• Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products
• Discover customers  needs and offer solutions to them through the company s products and packages
• Maintain daily action items which include 100 dials a day or 5 sales calls, 1 sale, and 1 set
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators which include $5,000 six-week sales average and 3 sales per week

Commission Based

• 3-Tiered Commission structure based on weekly sales volume (10%-20%)
• Additional SPIFF s for hitting goals
• Mid-level sales consultants earn $65k-$100k and our top producers hit $200k per year.

• 12 paid vacation days annually (PTO accrues 8 hours per month)
