Sales Associate

Average hourly: $18-$22 (base pay: $15 an hour base plus incentives and uncapped commission)

We have 10 locations with more planned for this year staffed by a team of passionate, energetic people. We've built a brand based on positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle. We are now looking for Sales Associates to serve as people-loving, growth-hungry team members who are ready to take their career to the next level.

As a Sales Associate, you will learn many skills. You'll sell a variety of products, provide top-notch customer service, meet sales goals, and take pride in the cleanliness of the salon. You'll be successful because of your positive attitude, determination and drive, as well as our in-depth training program that will teach you how to sell, use our software, and educate guests.

• Support store management in overall the efforts of the store's performance and appearance.
• Greeting customers, giving tours, responding to questions, improving engagement with products and services and providing outstanding customer service.
• Meeting monthly personal goals and going the extra mile to increase store sales.
• Protect customer information and accurately manage financial transactions.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of store by completing daily chores and weekly deep cleans of equipment.

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma preferred
• Available to work flexible shifts
• 3 or more months of related retail experience preferred

• Facial piercings: only one single nose ring or stud on the side of the nose is allowed.
• Hair: no unnatural fashion colors for hair (bright red, pink, purple, etc.)
