Ideal for someone seeking a long‑term career in plumbing, this role provides hands‑on experience in residential plumbing maintenance while learning directly from experienced technicians. The apprentice focuses on foundational maintenance services and rides along with senior plumbers to develop the skills needed to become a full‑service plumber.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with water heater maintenance, including flushing and preventative service
- Perform whole‑home plumbing inspections under supervision
- Support drain cleaning services, including basic clearing and preventative maintenance
- Ride along with experienced service technicians to observe and assist with plumbing repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting
- Participate in customer communication and service best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Properly handle tools, equipment, and materials
- Accurately document work performed and observations
- Follow all company safety policies and plumbing codes
- Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
- 1 year experience running plumbing maintenance calls
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to work in confined spaces, lift equipment, and perform physical tasks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Basic hand‑tool familiarity is a plus (not required)

- Coachable individuals who take direction well and ask questions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
