C# Developer

Our technology stack is growing faster than our team, so Colliers International is bringing on a C# Developer to keep the architecture honest. At Colliers International the $71,000 - $109,000 matters, sure, but so does owning the technology outcome with 4 years of React behind it.

• Tune React caching so Colliers International survives the Orem launch spike on the same hardware
• Build Python dashboards so Colliers International's technology team stops asking engineers for numbers
• Sit with technology users in Orem to learn what the Accountability tool really needs
• Pair-program tricky Resilience edge cases with engineers across Orem, UT
• Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging Resilience and Terraform

• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• Experience translating Python complexity for a non-technical audience
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions

The purpose-led minds at Colliers International have made Orem, UT an unlikely hub for serious React and Accountability work. The pace is energetic but humane, and we treat protecting your time off as part of the work.
