The shop is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician in Orinda, CA, with pay of $25–$30/hour based on experience.
This family-owned shop offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, consistent work, paid training, and continuing education.
Technicians work alongside experienced professionals while developing skills in maintenance, general repair, Digital Vehicle Inspections, and diagnostics.

- Perform oil changes and factory-scheduled maintenance
- Complete brake, steering, suspension, and cooling system repairs
- Install, balance, and rotate tires
- Perform vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance services
- Service battery, charging, and starting systems
- Assist with engine repairs and diagnostic work as skills develop
- Learn and perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- 2–4+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong foundation in general automotive maintenance and repair
- Ability to perform routine automotive repairs independently
- Experience working on domestic and import vehicles
- Own basic automotive technician tools
- Commitment to producing quality work and continuing automotive education
- Willingness to develop advanced diagnostic and repair skills
- $25–$30/hour based on experience
