You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation while delivering quality nail treatments. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends in nail care.

Duties

• Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and care.
• Sanitize tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide additional beauty services such as body waxing, hair threading, and makeup application as needed.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all supplies are stocked.
• Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay informed about new techniques and trends in the beauty industry, including eyelash extensions and dermabrasion.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Skills

• Proficient in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
• Experience with body waxing, hair threading, and makeup application is preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure client safety.
• Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
• Ability to perform additional beauty services such as dermal fillers or eyelash extensions is advantageous but not required.
• Strong retail sales skills to effectively promote products to clients.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
• A passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning about new trends.
