• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs.; occasionally push/pull up to 50 lbs.; move products from stock rooms to store floors.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Scheduled weekly hours – 32 to 40 hours.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Richmond, CA (secondary locations: Oakland, Orinda, Hercules).
• Availability required: 6 am–open availability; schedule may change based on business needs.
