This role is a Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist position in Orlando, FL. Pay range: $17.95/hr – $21.63/hr schedule:
Onsite.

• Invoice Processing – reconcile, code, and process invoices for payment while verifying purchase orders, authorizations, and accuracy.
• Vendor Relations – communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records.
• Financial Accuracy – review accounts payable aging reports, open purchase order logs, and ensure proper documentation.
• Tax & Compliance – collect W‑9s, track resale certificates, and assist with sales/use tax reporting and year‑end 1099 processing.
• Reporting & Support – generate payable analyses, assist in special financial projects, and provide receptionist backup as needed.

• Education & Experience – associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Attention to Detail – accuracy and consistency in reviewing invoices and maintaining vendor records.
• Communication Skills – ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
• Technical Skills – familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency preferred).
• Team Player – positive attitude, adaptability, and reliability in a fast‑paced office environment.
