Staff Accountant

This Staff Accountant will maintain the organization’s financial records and support the accounting team with daily tasks, which include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. This role is essential for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance within the organization. Key skills include analytical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software like Excel. This Staff Accountant will need to have experience with MS365, Power BI, and Excel.

• Maintaining accurate financial records and the general ledger.
• Preparing journal entries and financial reports.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software, including MS365 and Power BI.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with meticulous attention to detail.

The salary for this role is $65-70k DOE.
