We are a growing Miami Public Accounting firm seeking to hire a talented public accounting professional for a great opportunity with an accelerated partner-track. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in an accounting practice and extensive experience in tax preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred;
  Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting, or enrollment in an advanced degree program, is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in preparation of tax returns, tax research (domestic and international), and client communication.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting and tax industry.
• CPA certification or progress towards Enrolled Agent status preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• High proficiency in Quick Books, Ultra Tax, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Pay: $50,000+ per year
