Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Orlando, FL.

Pay Range: $17.95/hr – $21.63/hr (Based on experience & qualifications).

• Invoicing & Billing – Create and manage client invoices, credit memos, and ensure precision in all billing for shows, rentals, and sales.
• AR Transactions – Enter and apply payments, update records in the accounting system, and post to the general ledger.
• Deposit & Payment Tracking – Process daily deposits, manage prepayments, and validate credit card documentation.
• Client Account Management – Maintain account files, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies directly with clients.
• Reporting & Reconciliation – Analyze aging reports, flag collection risks, and support month‑end close tasks.
• Credit & Collections – Support credit reviews and follow‑ups on overdue balances, preparing documentation for management as needed.

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting support.
• Excellent attention to detail and a knack for process improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence with accounting systems, Excel, and reconciliations.
• A collaborative spirit who enjoys working across departments and with external partners.
