Accounts Payable Processor

Description

The Accounts Payable Processor is a key member of the Corporate Accounts Payable Dept., responsible for ensuring invoices are entered, processed, and coded correctly.

Responsibilities

Processing invoices in JD Edwards World and/or Enterprise One AP Systems for payment, including indexing copy of invoice and backup documentation into Feith Imaging System.
Put together new vendor packet for submittals; vendor maintenance as needed.
Monitor Vendor Statements and subsequent follow-up with communities and/or Divisions for nonpayment.
All other duties as assigned.
