Foreclosure Biller needed in our Orlando or Cypress Creek office. The Foreclosure Biller will be responsible for preparing and submitting invoices, as well as providing supporting documentation. This individual will need to have prior experience with Loan sphere, Excel, Black Knight, Tempo, and have a full understanding of foreclosure processes.

Responsibilities- Request pre‑approval for additional fees required from the client.
- Respond to additional fee denials to ensure approval.
- Input additional fee approvals in case management system.
- Prepare and submit invoices.
- Reconcile pending invoices.
- Heavily subsidized health insurance premiums.
- Firm‑paid HSA contributions ranging from $600 and $1,200 annually.
- Firm pays 100% of employee‑only premium for dental insurance and provides inexpensive options for dependents.
- Firm pays 100% of employee‑only premium for vision insurance and provides inexpensive options for dependents.
- Tax‑advantaged account options like Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Accounts.
- Life Insurance, paid by the Firm.
- Long‑Term Disability Insurance, paid by the Firm.
