Overview

Come join ReSource Pro! MIS is seeking a talented entry‑level individual for our Billing team. The candidate will report to the Director and handle insurance billing for clients. This role is based at the MIS office in Maitland, FL with hybrid remote options after training.

• Perform administrative accounting duties related to Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Reconcile Billing System to Underwriting System
• Post daily cash receipts and reconcile bank statements
• Oversee invoicing process
• Research and resolve account reconciling items and assist with monthly close procedures
• Communicate with clients regarding billing issues
• Perform other related accounting duties as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Sound analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact on a professional level with internal and external personnel

The salary range for this location is $14.00–$23.94 per hour. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience, skill set, geography, and internal equity.
