Responsibilities
  • Perform accounting functions associated with recording transactions and producing financial statements for assigned business units.
  • Support shared services departments across general accounting, benefits, payroll, payables, G&A, accounts receivable, accruals, and allocations.
  • Prepare journal entries daily and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Attend meetings as needed.
  • Provide variance analysis for balance sheet and income statement.
  • Assist in preparation and review of internal and external audit requests.
  • Prepare and record journal entries per established policy.
  • Assist leadership in the monthly closing process.
  • Prepare accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Determine correcting entries for reconciling items.
  • Maintain and monitor various schedules.
  • Assist team members and internal customers with financial information.
  • Provide high‑quality service to internal customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1–3 years of related experience (or 3–5 years for preferred)
  • Highly proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience automating and standardizing operational processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Accounting experience
  • Good working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
  • Eligibility: U.S. hourly team members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
