- Perform accounting functions associated with recording transactions and producing financial statements for assigned business units.
- Support shared services departments across general accounting, benefits, payroll, payables, G&A, accounts receivable, accruals, and allocations.
- Prepare journal entries daily and monthly account reconciliations.
- Attend meetings as needed.
- Provide variance analysis for balance sheet and income statement.
- Assist in preparation and review of internal and external audit requests.
- Prepare and record journal entries per established policy.
- Assist leadership in the monthly closing process.
- Prepare accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Determine correcting entries for reconciling items.
- Maintain and monitor various schedules.
- Assist team members and internal customers with financial information.
- Provide high‑quality service to internal customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–3 years of related experience (or 3–5 years for preferred)
- Highly proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience automating and standardizing operational processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Accounting experience
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems
- Willingness to work occasional overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Eligibility: U.S. hourly team members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
