Client OverviewAtrium is partnering with a leading transportation and logistics company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable services to their clients. They are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate$24/hr – $26/hr
Position OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a critical role in managing the company’s receivables, ensuring that payments are collected promptly, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
Responsibilities- Process accounts receivable transactions and manage invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
- Coordinate with clients to facilitate timely payments and resolve payment issues.
- Generate statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
