Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

This is an opportunity to step into a Senior Accountant role with a well-established, growing organization in the construction/services space where accounting plays a critical role in operational success. • Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Prepare balance sheet schedules, roll forwards, accruals, and amortization
• Manage intercompany accounting and monthly eliminations
• Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities
• Support internal and external audits with organized documentation
• Review accounts payable coding and ensure proper cutoff and accuracy
• Partner with leadership to strengthen accounting processes and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and multi-entity accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation templates)
