Location: Orlando, FL

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist II to join a large, fast-paced organization in the Orlando area. This position is ideal for someone with a strong AP background who is comfortable managing a high volume of transactions, researching discrepancies, and communicating with vendors and internal teams.

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions
• Review and process PO and non-PO invoices
• Perform invoice matching and resolve discrepancies
• Research missing documentation and payment issues
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment questions
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and support general ledger inquiries
• Manage assigned AP responsibilities and meet processing deadlines
• Collaborate with the AP team and other departments

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
• High-volume AP experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare or large corporate environment experience is a plus
• Experience with purchase orders and invoice matching
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Comfortable learning and working within multiple accounting systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
