Monday–Friday, standard business hours We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist II to join a large, fast-paced organization in the Orlando area. This position is ideal for someone with a strong AP background who is comfortable managing a high volume of transactions, researching discrepancies, and communicating with vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities Process high-volume accounts payable transactions Review and process PO and non-PO invoices Perform invoice matching and resolve discrepancies Research missing documentation and payment issues Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment questions Assist with vendor statement reconciliations Prepare journal entries and support general ledger inquiries Manage assigned AP responsibilities and meet processing deadlines Collaborate with the AP team and other departments Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required High-volume AP experience strongly preferred Healthcare or large corporate environment experience is a plus

Experience with purchase orders and invoice matching Strong Microsoft Excel skills Comfortable learning and working within multiple accounting systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
