Target Compensation: $70,000-$105,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Operational Internal Auditor:
- Execute operational audits and evaluate business processes, risks, and controls
- Analyze data and identify trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare audit work papers, reports, and presentations for management
- Monitor corrective action plans and follow up on remediation efforts
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function
Qualifications for the Senior Operational Internal Auditor:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of internal audit, public accounting audit, or related experience
- Operational audit experience preferred
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- CPA, CIA, or progress toward certification is a plus
