Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Specialist

Start Date: Immediate
Geeks Who Drink is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Specialist to join our team in a fully remote, permanent position available immediately.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing, strong proficiency in Quick Books Online (QBO), and experience managing a high volume of customer transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining recurring sales transactions
- Generating and processing invoices
- Reprocessing failed payment transactions
- Applying customer payments
- Monitoring aging reports
- Collecting outstanding balances
- Proactively following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely cash collection
The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills to effectively manage a large and diverse customer base in a fast-paced environment.
