Position Overview: This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on project requirements and availability
• Communicate with clients regarding service appointments and follow-ups
• Track project timelines, parts, and documentation using internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any delays or escalations
• Maintain accurate records and generate service reports

• 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative support role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
