ResponsibilitiesWhat are some of the responsibilities of the position that we will coach you on?
- Serving as a front-line point of contact: answering inbound calls, chats, and emails; handling follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.
- Executing critical data entry and account updates with high accuracy.
- Managing daily task queues and tickets to hit SLAs and quality targets.
- Preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining process documentation.
- Coordinating small projects and cross-team handoffs (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Accounting).
- Identifying workflow gaps and suggesting improvements that save time and reduce errors.
- Assisting with special projects and “all hands” moments as needed by the Operations team.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a “no task too small” mindset—must have.
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of office/operations, customer support, bookkeeping or administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident on the phone and in email/chat.
- Proven ability to plan your day, juggle priorities, and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills (filters, sorting, basic formulas, formatting).
- High attention to detail; steady accuracy with repetitive, critical tasks.
- Comfortable multitasking across several Windows applications at once.
- Consistently meets/exceeds quality and volume targets.
- Delivers a great customer experience
- Adheres to schedule, attendance, and security and team standards.
- Follows process with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Protects data and strictly follows Embark Safety security policies.
