Position OverviewMCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. This role offers many learning and advancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent command of English, be highly organized and reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative duties such as answering emails and phone calls
- Support scheduling by booking appointments and managing conflicts
- Create content for social media channels
- Prepare presentations as instructed
- Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail
- Anticipate needs to ensure positive experiences
- Handle sensitive information confidentially

- Preferred 1 year of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High-speed internet connection (20 Mbps+)
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
