POSITION SUMMARY
Operations Administrative Assistant is an intermediate level position located at the U.S. Auto Force Orlando Warehouse. This is not an office position, you will be expected to work within the warehouse.
Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Upon mutual agreement, it is expected that you maintain your set schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWHAT YOU'LL DO
- Competitive wages starting at $20/hr!
- Assist with offload and reception of transfer orders from other Auto Force locations.
- Prepare, label and load electronic commerce orders for shipping.
- Perform varied duties such as screening mail, maintaining files and records.
- Utilize a computer to generate general correspondence, reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist with New Hire Orientation.
- Assist with associate's system logins.
- Verify Driver collection bags.
- Assist with covering the front counter including breaks and lunches.
- Assist will-call customers.
- Help perform inventory checks and cycle counting.
- Daily deposits for multiple locations, collect past due accounts, and assist with clearing COD's (Cash On Delivery).
- Maintain office and cleaning supplies.
- Complete credit card expense reports.
- Assist with planning company activities, i.e.
- wellness fairs, job fairs, facility events. - May run errands and make daily bank runs for deposits.
- Duties as assigned by Manager.
Desired minimum qualifications include:
- Formal education or experience equivalent to a high school graduate plus 2 years administrative/office experience with cash handling experience.
- Attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to use office equipment including copiers, fax machines, computers, etc.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Average keyboarding skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to project a positive image to customers.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (we do not test for THC/marijuana).
