About the Role

Jwanaix Group is growing and seeking a serious, organized, and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is an in-person position in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. If you're dependable, patient, bilingual, and eager to learn, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front‑desk inquiries
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow‑ups
  • Maintain organized filing systems and update client records
  • Perform data entry, prepare basic reports, and draft correspondence
  • Support customer service and general office tasks
  • Assist management with daily operational needs. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus
  • High school diploma required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must work on‑site at our Orlando office (not remote)
Core Skills Needed

Organization & Time Management:
Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks. Communication:
Strong verbal/written communication, active listening, professionalism. Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and office equipment. Attention to Detail:
Accurate proofreading, data entry, and document preparation. Confidentiality:
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

CRM & Marketing Tools (Preferred)
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Go High Level , etc.) is a strong advantage
