Position Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders and confirm correct quantities, product codes, and condition of goods
- Maintain accurate records of received shipments and keep inventory systems updated
- Performing general administrative tasks, including processing orders, producing and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking
- Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Power Point, Excel
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of relative experience
