Technician/Mechanic - Central Florida Lincoln

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with service advisors to provide precise repair estimates
  • Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs, including brakes, engines, and transmissions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and explaining repairs
  • Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and manufacturer updates
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a master technician with a strong background in automotive repair
  • Deep mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Familiarity with auto estimating processes and dealership operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship
  • Experience with Reynolds/Ignite and X‑Time is a plus
