** primary purpose
** leads the planning, development, sales and execution of national accounts and corporate partnerships.  Primary focus on new business development.  Provide leadership and strategic direction to parks to optimize and grow revenue and attendance from national accounts and partnership channels. Responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales through key assigned national accounts and partnership channels. Assure sales alignment with marketing and communications initiatives.

*** national accounts. Provide strategic direction and tactical execution to lead account production for existing and new national accounts. Work with corporate and park teams to implement marketing plans and pricing calendars to increase market share through national accounts. Develop annual, monthly, and weekly plans to drive to revenue and attendance targets to address performance in real time. Work with parks to launch promotions through top accounts.

Make recommendations to parks to drive growth. Lead national sales accounts and channels as assigned.  Pursue new channels of distribution to drive company growth.
* travel industry relations. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external staff, industry partners, destination marketing organizations and agencies. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. Seek optimized positioning of prks parks to obtain maximum distribution through travel trade channels at all phases of the consumer funnel.  Seek travel industry partners that can provide travel intender data for our destinations.
* ticket product/packaging development. Work closely with revenue management and marketing to launch, monitor, and grow account production for key accounts and channels as assigned.  Monitor competitor offers to determine ideal product placement in each geographic market.  Leverage distribution to amplify consumer direct offers while minimalizing cannibalization.
* distribution platforms. Manage assigned projects to expand distribution in national account and partnership channels.  Partner with it, finance, revenue management to provide technology solutions for national account and partnership growth.
* drive demand for parks. Leverage assigned channels to drive awareness and intent to visit, serving as an extension for marketing campaigns. Seek to position our parks for top tier exposure to drive maximum awareness. This includes reasons to visit, such as new attractions and consumer events.

* ** serve as main point of contact at united parks & resorts for a sub-set of prks’s official marketing partner relationships
* owns relationship with united parks & resorts’ partnership agencies
* develops, secures, and maintains strong and positive relationships with portfolio of strategic partners with objectives of driving revenue, attendance, offsetting costs, and maximizing partner satisfaction
* leads implementation of partnership and sponsorship agreements
* work closely with procurement to provide partnership opportunities
* point of contact for partners and day-to-day representatives from partner organizations
* responsible for having a strong understanding of partners’ businesses and industries
* has responsibility for maximizing partner revenue to united parks & resorts via cash sponsor ships, marketing and media, park marketing activation, hospitality, licensing, and charity contributions from partners
