• Support pre-season and in-season forecasting and analysis, focusing on sales, margin, and inventory goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify inventory opportunities and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience in merchandise planning, financial analysis, or a comparable analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Business Insights.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with enterprise planning systems (e.g., JDA, Oracle, SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.92 to $33.25 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
