One of my clients in the Orlando area of Florida is looking for a Business Analyst Professional who will focus on detailed analysis of performance reporting, KPIs, cost analysis, forecasting, monitoring, and budget variances for their projects. The role involves conducting detailed analysis and data interrogation to support organizational goals, ensuring consistency in processes and reporting across peer organizations, and sharing best practices.

Key skills include business data analysis, metrics management, continuous improvement, and performance analysis with a strong focus on plan performance reporting, KPIs, monitoring, and budget variances.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. Our W2 consultants receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company matching, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.

Rate: $32–$36/hr W2.

• Meet deadlines and respond quickly to changing needs through a teamwork approach.
• Serve as the single point of contact for evaluating, maintaining, and publishing metrics within the region.
• Supply management with information necessary for developing recommendations and resolving off-variance metrics.
• Participate in peer organizations to ensure consistency in processes, reporting, and sharing of best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is highly desired.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot table functionality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
