• Oversee all activities during your shift: cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Lead by example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost control, cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and ensuring adherence to standards.

• Judgment, mathematics, multitasking, communication (verbal, written, telephone).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Correct monetary change, motor coordination, keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency.

• Experience operating all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product, receive & process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Training:
  Orientation and on‑job training provided.
• Effective verbal and written instructions; customer communication.

• Stand, walk short distances, lift and carry up to 50 lb, push/pull trays and pallets.
• Climb stairs or ladders occasionally.
• Work in varying temperatures (36–90 °F) and with hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Work in cramped spaces, walk‑in cooler, and under dust from cornmeal.

• Exposure to varying weather, temperature fluctuations, food odors, cornmeal dust.
• Must handle hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.

• Forward bending, squatting, reaching, hand tasks, and use of tools (pizza cutter, peel, rolling cutter).
• Must drive a vehicle to deliver products; valid driver’s license with safe record.
• Access to insured vehicle required.
• Navigation skills for delivery routes, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Must perform walking and climbing during deliveries.
